If you click on this video you are one step closer to getting the body of Poseidon.
Today in this video I'm going to take you through one day of the Poseidon Power program.
Today we are going to be hitting chest, shoulders, and tris, known as push day.
See most people think doing the exercises everyone else is doing is going to help them achieve the aesthetic they are going for.
Today I am going to break down what you need to be doing.
So starting out with chest we are going to begin with some incline smith machines.
To have an aesthetic body means to have a nice protruding chest,
The incline press focuses on your upper chest,
Which is what gives your chest its definition.

Now we are going to move over to the cables and do some cable flys,
Focusing on the squeeze and getting blood flow to the pecs.

Okay now moving on to shoulders,
We want to set up that v taper,
And what that means is wide shoulders and a thin waist.
To get those wide shoulders what we are going to do is lateral raises.
The shoulder has 3 parts,
Your rear deltoid, side delt, and anterior or front delt.
So we're going to be focusing on the side delt by hitting some lateral raises.
The best part about this exercise is you can push past failure.
This is only tiring out your delts so once you're tired you can keep going to get that extra work.

Now moving on to triceps this is going to get those arms looking nice and full.
We're gonna be simple and go with some cable pulldowns,
Squeezing at the bottom and going slow on the way up.
